GOVERNOR SIGNS HANCOCK BILL TO EASE TRAFFIC CONGESTION

(Sacramento) - A bill by Senator Loni Hancock (D-Oakland) to allow local communities to raise money for programs to ease traffic congestion was signed into law by Governor Schwarzenegger shortly before the Constitutional deadline of midnight last night.
